The terms on which RealEstateMena is provided.

Draft. This describes how the product actually handles data, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet a binding policy. It must be reviewed against UAE Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021, Saudi PDPL and — where EU residents are involved — GDPR before the service is sold.
- Identify the contracting legal entity, its jurisdiction and its registered address.
- Confirm the controller/processor split: customers control their residents’ data, we process it on their instruction — this needs a data processing agreement.
- Confirm hosting regions and whether any customer requires contractual data residency.
- Set concrete retention periods per record type, including the seven-year default on audit records.
- Confirm the lawful basis for processing resident data, which flows from the customer’s tenancy contract rather than from consent to us.
The service
RealEstateMena is subscription software for managing residential and commercial property. It is provided as a hosted service; you do not receive a copy of the software.
Accounts and access
Access is by emailed sign-in link. You are responsible for the security of the mailbox you sign in with — anyone who can read that mailbox can reach your account, which is why it should have its own strong protection.
You are responsible for what the people you invite into your account do with it.
Trial and subscription
New accounts get a 14-day trial with every feature and no card. At the end of the trial an account continues on a paid plan or becomes read-only; it is not deleted without notice.
Plans are priced on units under management. Exceeding a plan’s included allowance is billed per additional unit rather than blocked.
Your data
Your data remains yours. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.
You can export it at any time without asking us. If you stop subscribing, you keep the ability to export for a defined period before deletion.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to reach another customer’s account. We will suspend an account being used to attack the service or its other customers.
Availability
We aim for high availability and will publish a service level commitment for paid plans. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee on self-serve tiers, and we would rather say so than imply one.
Liability
The specific limits of liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnities and the governing jurisdiction are being settled with counsel and will appear here before the service is sold. This section deliberately does not attempt to state them.
Changes
We will give notice by email before any change to these terms that materially affects you, rather than changing them quietly and dating the page.
