Questions people actually ask
- Thirty dollars a month for everything? What is the catch?
- There is no catch and no upsell. Every feature listed on this site is in the one plan, and the price does not move with your unit count, your staff count or your revenue. Monthly and yearly buy exactly the same software — the yearly price is lower because a year paid up front is worth more to us than the difference. We would rather be obviously cheap than spend our time defending a pricing table.
- What happens when I add more units?
- Nothing. There is no allowance, no overage and no tier above this one. A portfolio that grows from twenty units to two thousand pays the same USD 29.99 a month, or the same USD 199 a year.
- What does the free trial include?
- Thirty days, no card, the whole product — long enough to run a full rent cycle through it rather than just look around. When it ends, your data stays readable and exportable and your residents can still pay through the portal; you just cannot make changes until you subscribe. Nobody is locked out of their own rent roll over a card. Thirty days means thirty days: we do not quietly extend it, and subscribing early does not shorten it — whatever is left of the trial stays free.
- Is there really no password?
- No password. You enter your email, we send a link and a six-digit code, and either one signs you in. There is nothing to reuse, nothing to phish and nothing to reset — which removes the single most common way small businesses get breached.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, and without asking us. It is your data; an export that requires a support ticket is a hostage arrangement, not a product.
- Do you take a cut of the rent?
- No. We charge the subscription and nothing else — USD 29.99 a month or USD 199 a year, whichever you pick. We are not in the payment flow and we have no interest in being.
- What if I manage properties in more than one country?
- Currency, VAT treatment and locale are per account and per property, so an operator with buildings in Dubai and Riyadh runs both from one login without them interfering.
