Questions people actually ask
- What counts as a unit?
- Anything you can lease separately: a flat, a villa, an office floor, a retail bay, a parking bay sold on its own contract. Vacant units count, because you manage them whether or not they are earning.
- What happens if I go over my plan’s limit?
- Nothing breaks and nothing locks. You are billed per additional unit above the included allowance, and we will tell you when moving up a tier costs less than the overage.
- Is there really no password?
- No password. You enter your email, we send a link and a six-digit code, and either one signs you in. There is nothing to reuse, nothing to phish and nothing to reset — which removes the single most common way small businesses get breached.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, and without asking us. It is your data; an export that requires a support ticket is a hostage arrangement, not a product.
- Do you take a cut of the rent?
- No. We charge a subscription and nothing else. We are not in the payment flow and we have no interest in being.
- What if I manage properties in more than one country?
- Currency, VAT treatment and locale are per account and per property, so an operator with buildings in Dubai and Riyadh runs both from one login without them interfering.
